Can I open a UK company if I don't live in the UK?
Yes. You don't need to be a UK resident or citizen. We form your company and run its compliance for you, fully remotely.
Do I need to visit the UK?
No. Formation and director ID verification are done online. Opening a bank account afterwards depends on each provider's own checks.
What ID do you accept?
A current passport from any country. For a national ID, such as an Emirates ID or a Saudi national ID, we first confirm it meets the current Companies House standard.
Can you help me open a UK business bank account?
Yes. The formation price includes our advice: which providers may accept overseas directors (their rules differ by country of residence and company) and what they usually ask for. You apply and pass the provider's own checks yourself: no one can open an account on your behalf, and the provider decides.
How long does it take?
Companies House confirms the registration once it has processed the application. Having your details and ID ready avoids delays.
What happens after the company is formed?
We keep it compliant: confirmation statement, annual accounts, Corporation Tax, and any VAT or payroll. Plans start from £498 a year for Accounts & Tax (accounts and Corporation Tax, for trading companies with turnover under £50,000), and from £89/month for Company Compliance, which adds the confirmation statement and registered office. Dormant and holding companies can ask us for a price.
Can I form more than one UK company?
Yes. There is no limit on how many UK companies one person can direct. Each company is registered separately with its own company number, and each requires its own annual compliance filings.
