These terms govern your use of Fileminder's services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services Fileminder provides UK company compliance services including annual accounts preparation, confirmation statement filing, director ID verification, and registered office services. Specific service terms are set out in your engagement letter.

Fees and payment Fees are as set out in our pricing schedule. Annual plans are payable upfront. Monthly plans are invoiced monthly. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is overdue.

Liability Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for penalties arising from information you provide that is incorrect or delayed.

Regulatory Fileminder Ltd is regulated by AAT. Complaints may be directed to us in the first instance; unresolved complaints may be escalated to AAT.

Governing law These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
