How much do your data analytics services cost?
Packages start from £1,000 for automating one process, and from £1,500 for a dashboard, a data clean-up or an analysis report. Data pipelines start from £2,500. A monthly retainer starts from £500, and bespoke work is £500 a day. These are starting prices; you get a written quote after the discovery call.
What does a financial dashboard show?

Which systems can you connect to?

Yes. The service is delivered remotely, so we can take on SMEs in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt and the Levant, and businesses run from anywhere else, in Arabic or English. We invoice in pounds sterling, and you can pay from AED, SAR, EGP and other currencies through Wise.
What access do you need to our systems, and who sees our data?
Only what the work needs. We ask for our own read-only user wherever your system allows it, never your password, and we remove our access when the project ends unless you keep us on a retainer. Where possible we build inside your own Microsoft account, so your dashboards and data stay with you. Confidentiality is part of our terms of engagement, and we are happy to sign your NDA.
Do we need to pay for Power BI?
Usually yes, but to Microsoft, not to us. Microsoft charges a monthly licence for each person who views shared Power BI dashboards. We tell you what you would need before you commit, and keep licences to the people who actually use the dashboard.
Can a Power BI dashboard read right to left in Arabic?
Yes, with care. Power BI has no automatic right-to-left mode, so we lay out Arabic dashboards right to left by hand, with Arabic titles and labels. A few visuals, such as some tables, cannot be fully mirrored, so we agree the layout with you before we build.
