Introduce your UK company clients to Fileminder
For company formation agents, business setup consultants and other professionals whose clients need UK accounts and filings after incorporation. We pay you a commission on our fee for every job a client you introduce buys from us, for as long as they stay with us.

- Other professionals whose clients own UK companies (some have their own rules, see below)
What your clients get

- Confirmation statements, annual accounts and the Corporation Tax return (CT600)
- A registered office in London, with official mail scanned and forwarded the same day
- Bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and Self Assessment when they need them
- Support in Arabic or English, Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm GST
Our prices are published upfront: see Pricing.
How an introduction works
- We agree terms and sign a written introducer agreement.
- Your client contacts us and mentions your name, or you introduce them to us with their agreement.
- We tell them you are paid for the introduction, carry out our checks, and agree the price with them before we start.
- For each job they buy, we pay your commission within 20 days of receiving full payment for it.
How the commission works
- It is a share of our own fee for each job, after any discount. Government fees we pass on, such as the Companies House fee inside the formation price, are not included.
- It applies to every job the client buys from us, for as long as they remain our client.
- We pay it within 20 days of receiving full payment for that job.
- If we refund a job, we reclaim the commission paid on it.
- The rate is set in your written introducer agreement, which also sets out which introductions count.
Before your first introduction
- We sign a written introducer agreement with you.
- We tell each client you introduce that you are paid for the introduction, before they engage us.
- Every client goes through our own checks, including anti-money laundering checks, and we may decline an engagement.
- We keep each client's information confidential, as the AAT Code of Professional Ethics requires, and share with you only what the client agrees to.
If you advise the client
If you are the client's accountant, lawyer or other adviser, your own professional rules may require you to tell the client about the commission and get their agreement to keep it. We'll go through this with you before you introduce anyone.
Client details and documents
- Get your client's agreement before you pass their details to us, or let them contact us themselves.
- Don't send us your clients' ID documents: we ask the client directly for anything we need.
- We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and we are registered with the ICO (ZC177395).
What we ask of you
- Describe us accurately: Fileminder is AAT-regulated, works with ACCA-qualified accountants, and is a Companies House authorised corporate service provider (ACSP).
- Don't promise a price, a timing or an outcome. Our published prices are "from" prices, and we agree the price with the client before we start.
- When you recommend us in public, say that you are paid for introductions, for example by labelling the post as an ad.
